Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s preferred with focus in related field.
• Current Florida license in Physical Therapy or applicable clinical license.
• BLS from American Heart Association.
• Minimum three years of clinician experience with increasing leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs daily operations for the rehabilitation site.
• Manages personnel engagement, onboarding, coaching and evaluations.
• Controls supply expenses, budgeting, and productivity to budget targets.
• Ensures accreditation readiness and participates in performance improvements.
