Baptist Health's Wolfson Children's Hospital seeks a System Manager for Pediatric Rehab Services. You will oversee outpatient programs, lead interdisciplinary teams, and drive clinical performance while ensuring regulatory compliance across clinics in the Jacksonville area.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in clinical care, outpatient rehab, and 3-5 years in management. Licensure as OT/PT/SLP is required or CCC-SLP preferred. The role involves local travel within Northeast Florida and a day shift.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years Clinical Patient Care Experience Required.
• Over 5 years Outpatient Experience Preferred.
• 3-5 Years Management Experience Preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Clinical services and day-to-day operations of Pediatric Rehab Services outpatient programs and clinics.
• Manage personnel development and performance.
• Develop programs, ensure clinical effectiveness, and ensure regulatory compliance.
