Florida Licensed Physical Therapist with a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and 5 years of clinical and supervisory experience is preferred,

Qualifikationen

• Minimum education: Bachelors in Physical Therapy.
• Experience: 5 years clinical experience preferred; Supervisory/management experience preferred; Experience in Outpatient rehab highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provides leadership with student assignments and student orientation to the department.
• Demonstrates leadership by coordinating, providing and improving cost center services.
• Provides oversight of care delivery ensuring staff determine required care for patients’ initial and evolving needs.
• Identifies and advocates for the right number of competent staff to meet patient and customer needs.
• Improves cost center performance by executing processes and monitoring, analyzing and improving performance to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
• Operates a safe, functional, supportive and effective clinic for patients, staff and others in the facility.
