UF Health seeks an experienced clinical leader to oversee Rehabilitation Services in an acute care setting. This role focuses on leading clinical staff, managing personnel and improving site operations to support patient outcomes.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of PT/OT/SLP practices, regulatory requirements, and clinical documentation. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred. Leadership and budgeting responsibilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree; Master's/Doctorate preferred in PT/OT/SLP or business admin.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and hospitality skills.
• Knowledge of PT/OT/SLP practice, procedures and equipment.
• Knowledge of hospital and rehabilitation regulatory and legal issues.
• Understanding of rehabilitative documentation, coding and billing.
• Strong decision making and independent working capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Provides clinical site leadership for rehabilitation department.
• Manages personnel and engages clinical staff; oversees site operations.
• Oversees supply management and expenses to meet budget.
• Works to meet annual departmental goals and accreditation readiness.
