Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's/Doctorate preferred.
• Current Florida Physical Therapy license.
• BLS from the American Heart Association.
• Experience in hospital-based rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs PT examinations and evaluations, establishes prognosis and plans of care.
• Chooses and modifies treatment interventions; educates patients for outcomes.
• Generates documentation and charges following guidelines and insurance requirements.
• Contributes to development activities and program improvement.
• Serves as Clinical Instructor for PT students and coordinates with the Clinical Education Coordinator.
