Elaya Health is seeking an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end clinical recruitment for NPs, PAs, RNs, and MAs, while managing HR administrative duties in a hybrid Central/North Jersey setting.

Responsibilities include credentialing checks, onboarding, and HIPAA-compliant records management, along with employee relations support and benefits inquiries. A healthcare background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting healthcare/clinical personnel (NPs, PAs, RNs, MAs).
• Strong knowledge of credentialing and HIPAA requirements.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Full-cycle clinical recruiting for NPs, PAs, RNs, and MAs.
• Screen, interview, and schedule candidates with department leaders.
• Draft and negotiate offer letters with management input.
• credentialing, licensing checks, and onboarding setup.
