• Knowledge of regulatory and accrediting standards.
• Experience with statistical software, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to varied audiences.
• Proficient computer skills and data entry/retrieval.
• Strong organizational, time management, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to travel between facilities.
• Knowledge of performance improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with department leadership to identify, trend, and analyze clinical quality issues and drive resolutions.
• Manages data for internal and external reporting and supports accreditation activities.
• Maintains assigned databases and provides data analysis and trending reports.
• Facilitates review and tracking of best practice order sets and guidelines.
• Educates and interprets standards related to regulatory and accrediting standards.
• Participates in risk management through identification, trending and follow-up of clinical issues.
• Performs additional duties as required.
