Qualifikationen

• RN license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 3 years of experience as a professional nurse in an acute care setting.
• 5 years of experience in acute care preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conducts report analysis on occurrences, outcomes and indicators.
• Participates in committees to provide data analysis and direction for performance improvement.
• Provides education to the organization related to performance improvement and clinical patient safety.
• Acts as a resource to regulatory requirements, including Joint Commission readiness.
• Participates in risk management through identification, trending and follow-up of clinical issues.
• Adapts communication to the patient population and privacy requirements.
• Performs other related duties as required.
