Qualifications

• 5 years experience in an acute care setting including three years of healthcare leadership/management.
• Strong data entry and Windows software proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve clinical processes based on analysis and trending.
• Recruit and develop content-expert staff.
• Research, educate, and train on best-practice initiatives.
• Operate within annual budget requirements for the department.
