• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct psychiatric rehabilitation services.
• Coordinate services with other departments and community agencies.
• Provide 1:1 counseling and behavioral interventions to support residents.
• Review treatment plans, write goals and discharge plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain progress notes and ensure documentation reflects resident progress.
