Azenta US, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I to support the PMO in delivering life sciences solutions to clients and partners.

You will act as the primary client contact, document expectations, and monitor project plans in a regulated environment. The role requires a science degree with 2+ years in regulated settings or a HS diploma with 5 years of experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage dynamic timelines.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in science with 2+ years in a regulated industry; or HS diploma with 5+ years in a regulated environment.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple internal and external demands.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for assigned projects and build client relationships.
• Document customer expectations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics and manage project timelines.
• Create and execute project plans, adjusting scope and schedule as needed.
• Support kit provision, logistics, lab services, relocation, or alliance/partnership needs.
• Mentor junior staff such as Client Coordinators.
