Job summary

Integra Connect is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple complex business, analytics, and technology projects in our Life Sciences solutions. You will partner with business leaders, clients, and IT to translate needs into actionable plans and keep priorities aligned across the PMO, IT, and client teams.

The role requires five years of PM experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a PM certification. Travel up to 10% is expected as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• PM certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum five years managing complex business, technology and analytics projects.
• Experience in life sciences, pharma or healthcare environments encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects from planning through delivery using PM best practices.
• Set clear expectations for tasks, timelines, and quality; flag risks early.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and document decisions and next steps.
• Develop detailed plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Collaborate with business leaders, clients and IT to keep priorities aligned.
