Job summary

Momentum Life Sciences seeks a results-driven Project Manager to oversee patient adherence and medical education projects from planning through execution. You will safeguard on-time delivery, budget adherence, and ultimate client satisfaction while coordinating with educators, clients, and leadership.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years in PM, with PMP preferred. Life sciences experience and strong MS Office proficiency are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• PMP preferred certification.
• Life sciences and/or nurse network management experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of client patient adherence and medical education projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
• Develop and continuously update project schedules and drive progress.
• Communicate with clients and leadership; manage action items.
• Lead internal and external status meetings and updates.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; manage issues across projects.
