Job summary

Momentum Life Sciences seeks a results-driven Project Manager to oversee patient adherence and medical education projects from planning through execution. You will safeguard on-time delivery, budget adherence, and ultimate client satisfaction while coordinating with educators, clients, and leadership.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years in PM, with PMP preferred. Life sciences experience and strong MS Office proficiency are highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with minimum 5 years of project management experience.
PMP preferred certification.
Life sciences and/or nurse network management experience preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

Oversee planning and execution of client patient adherence and medical education projects.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
Develop and continuously update project schedules and drive progress.
Communicate with clients and leadership; manage action items.
Lead internal and external status meetings and updates.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; manage issues across projects.
