Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferable in medical or life sciences with 2+ years clinical research exp in pharma/device/CRO, with cardiology exp preferred.
• Experience at a large Pharma or Device company is desirable.
• CAPM or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent communication and writing skills; ability to work with staff and management.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of US regulatory aspects (IDE/IND submissions, adverse event reporting, GCP/ICH).

Responsibilities

• Leads development of project deliverables including project plan, budget, study timeline, risk and monitoring plans, and communication plan.
• Coordinates with study sponsor and internal teams to meet timelines and budget.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, SOPs, GCP, and regulations.
• Manages day-to-day operations of multiple clinical trials from start-up to closeout.
• Provides updates and KPI reporting to study team and sponsor.
• Prepares project plans and guidelines for implementation.
