Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial installation projects from planning through completion.

You will coordinate schedules, materials, field technicians, subcontractors, and customer communication to ensure projects stay on time and within budget. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strong communication, and problem-solving, working with estimators, dispatchers, project superintendents, and customers to deliver high-quality outcomes in alignment

Qualifications

3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction or related industry.
Experience coordinating field teams, schedules, materials, and customer communication.
Knowledge of construction drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate multiple commercial installation projects from kickoff to completion.
Review scope, contracts, drawings, specs, and installation requirements.
Lead kickoff, progress, and coordination meetings with stakeholders.
Monitor schedules, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with dispatch, technicians, and superintendents to optimize progress.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with contractual requirements.
Prepare RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
