Job summary

Confidential in Richmond, VA is seeking a Clinical Communications Project Manager to lead IT project initiatives in healthcare, coordinating multi-stream programs and equipment deployments.

The role requires relocation to the Richmond area, hybrid work with 3 days in office, and collaboration with Epic teams, IT, compliance, and clinical leadership to ensure go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT project management experience, with at least 4 years in healthcare.
• Direct experience managing clinical communications technology programs.
• Experience managing multi-workstream, multi-vendor healthcare programs and large-scale clinical device deployments.
• Knowledge of clinical communications infrastructure, including middleware, alarm routing, nurse call systems, clinical mobile devices, VoIP, and unified communications.
• Experience coordinating with Epic teams, clinical informatics, nursing leadership, IT, InfoSec, Compliance, and executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare governance, change control, and clinical go-live readiness.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune (MDM) and enterprise wireless infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and change control.
• Lead executive steering committees, IT status updates, and clinical readiness meetings.
• Coordinate clinical device deployments, workflow validation, training, and go-live readiness.
• Manage vendor deliverables, timelines, commitments, and escalations.

• Must be able to relocate to the Richmond, VA area within the time needed to complete compliance.
• Must be available to attend important in-person meetings.

Required Experience:
