Job summary

The position is full-time with 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, based at the Sands Constellation Heart Institute in Brighton, Rochester, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the assigned area (preferred).
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that the program meets the needs of consumers through ongoing development including assessment, planning, and implementation of plans.
• Manages budgeted visits and monitors expenses within delegated program budget.
• Develops and implements staff recruitment, orientation, and ongoing development to ensure quality service.
