Rochester Regional Health in Clifton Springs is seeking a Program Coordinator BHN to manage an outpatient behavioral health program. You will coordinate staff, plan work, monitor budgets and ensure regulatory compliance while advancing quality improvement.

In this role you may serve as a primary therapist part-time and lead development of program goals, communications and staff training to meet consumer and funding needs. This on-site position offers growth within a large health system.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Psychology, Social Work or related Human Service field.
• Masters degree preferred for advanced credentials.
• Demonstrated project and people management ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• Two years administrative/coordinator program experience.
• Two years experience providing mental health care.
• For ACT Program: Degree in Nursing OR Master’s Degree in Human Services field required.

Mansioni

• Coordinate, monitor or supervise activities of team members.
• Develop and recommend new or revised program goals.
• Schedule program work plans and oversee daily operations within budgets.
• Monitor expenditures to avoid overspending of budgets.
• Advise team members on problems, questions, and policy interpretation.
• Coordinate with other programs/departments for efficiency and compliance.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Recruit, hire, orient and develop program staff.
• Lead day-to-day operations and quality improvement processes.
• Ensure policies and procedures comply with regulatory and hospital standards.
• Ensure effective internal and community communication.
• For mental health: serve as primary therapist 50% of the time.
