Rochester Regional Health's Ambulatory Services division seeks a Practice Manager to provide administrative oversight for the Brighton and Geneseo physician practices. You will work with the Lead Physician to develop budgets, improve workflows, and supervise daily operations.

In this role you will manage financial operations, review monthly performance, participate in annual budgeting, recruit and mentor staff, and ensure patient-centered service and regulatory compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• 3 years relevant work experience within practice setting preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education or work experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for daily management of physician practice site(s) utilizing available tools to facilitate improvement and ensure compliance.
• Oversees the financial operations of the practice; reviews monthly financial performance and budgets.
• Participates in annual budget development and ensures adherence to budget.
• Recruit, hire, coach and mentor non-physician staff and provide HR guidance.
• Provides leadership and training to staff in daily practice operations.
• Maintains standardized workflows and best practices for the Medical Group.
• Ensures facility safety and regulatory compliance across locations.
• Inputs data accurately including demographics, coding charges, and month-end data.
