Job summary

Linus Health is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to own strategic customer relationships and lead clinical programs that deliver measurable value. You will drive adoption, manage renewals, and partner with Sales to grow existing relationships, while maintaining accountability for portfolio performance.

The role combines clinical expertise with operations and commercial accountability, requiring collaboration with Service Design, Product, Medical, Analytics, and Support to optimize workflows

Qualifications

• 7+ years clinical training or substantial experience in healthcare delivery, clinical operations, or clinical program management.
• Experience leading complex healthcare programs or customer relationships across clinicians, administrators, operational leaders, and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, clinician adoption, and organizational change; digital health or cognitive assessment tech a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customer relationships, translating goals into actionable account strategies and milestones.
• Drive workflow activation and clinical adoption; coordinate activation, training plans, and change management.
• Track utilization and program performance; identify gaps and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Continuously optimize the experience by collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Own retention, renewals, and commercial performance; develop renewal plans and address risks.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and shape expansion plans with Sales.
• Coordinate delivery with internal teams to ensure a single Linus team delivers on commitments.
• Bring clinical and customer insights back to Linus to inform product, service, and experience strategy.
