Job summary

Linus Health, a Boston-based digital health company, seeks a Clinical Program Manager to own strategic customer relationships and lead clinical programs that deliver measurable value. This role combines clinical insight with operational accountability to drive adoption, retention, and renewal while partnering with Sales to grow existing relationships.

You will align goals, define milestones, coordinate delivery, and bring deep product and workflow expertise to proactively address barriers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years clinical training or substantial experience in healthcare delivery, clinical operations, or clinical program management.
• Experience leading complex healthcare programs across clinicians, administrators, and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and clinician adoption; digital health experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and executive relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical programs and customer engagement across stakeholder groups.
• Drive workflow activation and clinical adoption with cross-functional teams.
• Track utilization and outcomes; report progress and recommendations.
• Coordinate delivery plans with internal teams and customers.
• Own retention and renewals; manage commercial risks and forecast.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with Sales.
• Ensure coordinated Linus team delivery with clear escalation paths.
• Capture customer feedback to inform product strategy.
