Talkiatry is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Collaboration to build and scale new clinical programs from concept through scaled operations, including pilots with external partners and support for Care Management.

You will define workflows, design end-to-end operating models, launch pilots, measure outcomes, and decide when to expand or stop, partnering with Data, Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations.

Formación

• 4–6+ years in consulting, operations, program management, or implementation.
• Ability to map patient and team journeys, define ownership, reduce handoffs, and write clear SOPs.
• Analytical program manager with fluency in metrics, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Cross-functional collaboration with clinical and operations teams to align workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Build new programs from scratch from concept to launch and establish workflows, defining operating rhythms.
• Own the operating infrastructure by designing end-to-end workflows and SOPs, and create dashboards to track performance, volume, risks.
• Launch and evaluate partnership pilots with internal teams and external partners, defining scope, journeys, responsibilities, and success measures.
• Design seamless workflows with practical judgment and analytics, partnering with Data, Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations as programs mature.
• Strengthen Care Management operations by supporting the Senior Director in managing case complexity, routing work, and measuring impact.
