Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field.
• Five years of experience in social work, clinical mental health counseling, or related field in a psychiatric in-patient or clinical environment, three years in management/administrative roles.
• OR Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field with six years of experience in similar settings, three years in management.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and operational oversight to all direct care staff at HHRTF and ensures adequate staffing for clinical services.
• Reviews and implements personnel actions for direct care staff, including hiring, promotions, disciplinary action, and evaluations to ensure quality service.
• Directs development of milieu programming initiatives, policies and procedures aligned with HHRTF mission and patient-centered care.
• Evaluates programming for improved outcomes through quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
• Assists in budget development and maintenance to maximize efficiency while preserving patient care quality.
• Implements program evaluation methods, collects and analyzes data to identify trends and training needs.
• Identifies staff training needs and coordinates training strategies to enhance professional development.
• Interprets federal and state regulations when developing policies and education objectives.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies and plans staff development programs including orientation and infection control.
• Demonstrates leadership through communication, problem solving and team building.
• Oversees documentation quality and compliance with hospital nursing standards.
• Attends leadership meetings and hospital committees for cross-disciplinary coordination.
