Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field with required clinical focus.
• Five years of clinical social work/mental health experience with supervisory duties.
• Management experience in a psychiatric in-patient or clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and operational oversight to direct care staff at HHRTF.
• Ensures adequate staffing and handles hiring, promotions, and performance evaluations.
• Develops milieu programming and policies aligned with HHRTF mission.
• Monitors quality assurance activities and implements program improvements.
• Oversees budgeting to maximize resources while maintaining patient care quality.
