Qualifications

• Master's degree with 5 years in social work/clinical mental health in a psychiatric setting, 3 years in management and supervision.
• Bachelor's degree with 6 years in social work/clinical mental health in a psychiatric setting, 3 years in management and supervision.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative and operational oversight to direct care staff and ensure adequate staffing for clinical services.
• Lead personnel actions, including hiring, promotions, disciplinary actions, and evaluations.
• Develop milieu programming initiatives aligned with HHRTF mission to ensure patient-centered care.
• Participate in quality assurance reviews and implement program changes.
• Assist in budget development and resource management to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate staff training and development strategies to enhance outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and interpret federal/state regulations in policies and procedures.
• Attend leadership meetings and collaborate with hospital committees.
