Job summary

The Salvation Army Honolulu is seeking a Clinical Programs Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and client support across the continuum of clinical services. You will coordinate billing, census tracking, client benefits, and records compliance to support effective program operations.

Under supervision, you will handle regulatory reporting and data collection, assist with billing, and support meetings and programming.

Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor's degree in business or human services.
• Minimum high school diploma with working knowledge of computers and basic office equipment.
• Equivalent experience in the operations of human service programs may be substituted for education.
• Valid Hawaii State driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain census, service utilization, billing, and contract utilization tracking across programs.
• Prepare program and contract reports to meet regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Support quality improvement activities, data collection, and reporting.
• Maintain client records in electronic and hard-copy formats.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, training, and programming.
• Coordinate billing, census tracking, client benefits, and regulatory reporting.
