Job summary

Carrington College seeks a Clinical Partnerships and Site Development Manager to expand and sustain clinical education capacity across a defined region. You will develop new clinical partnerships, grow existing relationships, and convert qualified prospects into active sites that support student progression, enrollment growth, and program expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, education, public health, organizational leadership, healthcare partnership development, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in healthcare partnerships, employer relations, business development, account management, or external-facing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships and manage external relationships; proficient with CRM and reporting.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally (evenings/weekends as needed).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools; experience with learning management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Convert external outreach, market development, and partner engagement into measurable new or expanded clinical placement capacity.
• Enable enrollment growth and program expansion via clinical capacity.
• Support on-time student progression and completion.
• Develop and maintain territory plans; generate leads via cold calls, email outreach, networking, and site visits.
• Represent Carrington College to prospective clinical partners and stakeholders; deliver value propositions and coordinate activation of partnerships.
• Use CRM and reporting tools to document leads, pipeline status, and partnership progress.
