Job summary

Vytalize Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Clinical Innovation to own launching and managing new clinical programs that improve patient outcomes, care coordination, and financial performance.

You will lead a portfolio from concept to launch with cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of professional experience, including healthcare, and excels at translating data into actionable strategy while navigating ambiguity and rapid change.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional experience, including 2-3 years in healthcare.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex programs or projects.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, including financial modeling, forecasting, KPI development, business case creation, and scenario modeling.
• Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience applying AI, automation, predictive analytics, or emerging technologies to solve business challenges.
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, oversight, and performance management of a portfolio of enterprise initiatives.
• Facilitate concept vetting and development sessions, synthesize and drive actions/follow ups.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and executive decision-making.
• Build rollout and adoption plans for new programs, including stakeholder communications, training materials, go-live support, and post-launch feedback loops.
• Develop and communicate business requirements with cross-functional internal stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day project tasks, driving execution of business priorities, and providing clear, ongoing communication on status, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain project/product roadmaps, tracking tools, and governance structures.
• Prepare status update templates and reports for internal and external communications, including Monthly Business Reviews and Board decks.
