Westpark Springs, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Manager, Clinical Program to lead outpatient PHP/IOP programming and ensure high-quality care. You will supervise staff, oversee charting, and align clinical operations with regulations and quality standards.

You will partner with medical directors and UR to optimize treatment plans, discharge planning, and patient outcomes while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field required.
• License as required by state regulations.
• CPR and De-escalation certifications required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and audit chart documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership and feedback through performance evaluations and, if needed, corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Director of Outpatient Services on programming, staffing, marketing, and business issues.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and effective discharge planning.
• Ensure clinical interventions (individual, group, family therapy) are delivered per professional standards.
