Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Counseling, or related field.
• Current licensure such as LCSW/LMSW/LMFT/LPC with supervisory responsibilities.
• Minimum 2 years in administrative or supervisory roles in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision for therapists and interns.
• Monitor therapy, treatment planning, and clinical documentation for quality care.
• Lead Clinical Treatment Team meetings and clinical consultations.
• Develop staff schedules and ensure clinical coverage.
• Oversee compliance with accreditation and HIPAA requirements.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams.
