Job summary

Paycom in Overland Park, KS seeks a Senior Clinician to oversee therapeutic care across PHP/IOP programs, providing psychotherapy and clinical leadership for the Direct Clinical Support team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral science (social work, counseling, etc.) from an accredited university required.
• Good oral and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement all aspects of therapeutic/clinical care and provide psychotherapy to patients across all levels of care.
• Provide leadership, staff training, curriculum development, and supervision to promote program consistency and excellence in patient care.
• Serve as a clinical resource for therapy services and coordinate efforts of the clinical team.
