CarePlus New Jersey is seeking a Program Manager to provide day-to-day operational, administrative, supervisory, and clinical support across our School-Based Services and School-Based Health Center programs.

The Program Manager provides day-to-day operational, administrative, supervisory, and clinical support across our School-Based Services and School-Based Health Center programs. This role supervises and supports staff, oversees daily program operations, monitors productivity and quality, works closely with school partners, assists with onboarding and staff development, and provides flexible clinical coverage when staffing or program needs arise.The Program Manager serves as an important link between frontline staff, school partners, and the Senior Director while helping ensure continuity and quality of services for the children, adolescents, and families we serve.
