Qualifications

• Must be a licensed clinical therapist with at least 3 years of LCSW or LPC experience.
• Experience providing weekly clinical supervision to therapists.
• Knowledge of licensure, registration requirements, and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to clinical staff (LSW & LAC).
• Manage crisis intervention and emergencies and ensure quality assurance through chart reviews.
• Oversee charting, documentation, and ensure services meet medical necessity criteria.
• Conduct performance reviews and supervise complex cases as needed.
