Seattle YMCA is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to lead behavioral health programs, supervise clinicians, and ensure high-quality clinical practice. The role includes training, evaluation, and collaboration with community partners to support participant outcomes.

The position emphasizes clinical consultation, data review, and adherence to WAC, contracts, and regulatory requirements while enabling growth of the regional behavioral health team.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Two years of work experience as a Mental Health Professional.
• Experience with crisis intervention and working with youth and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and supervise clinical staff in assigned areas.
• Provide clinical consultation and case supervision to staff.
• Ensure program compliance with WAC, contracts, and accreditation standards.
• Develop, produce, and distribute program information to promote services.
