Sea Mar Community Health Centers, Bellevue site, seeks a Behavioral Health Child & Family Program Manager to oversee daily operations of the outpatient mental health program. You will supervise staff, manage contracts, and coordinate with regional leadership to ensure compliant, high-quality care.

The role emphasizes program leadership, staff development, compliance with WAC/RCW, and collaboration with community partners to expand access to services for diverse populations in the Bellevue area.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Business or related fields.
• Five (5) years of management or work experience in a supervisory capacity may substitute for education.
• Must have at least two (2) years of management/supervisory experience.
• Mental Health Professional certification preferred.
• Must obtain First Aid and CPR within 90 days of hire and complete TB test and COVID vaccination series.

Aufgaben

• Provides administrative supervision of all site staff and staff development.
• Manages the Bellevue site’s outpatient mental health programs and contracts.
• Coordinates with the Behavioral Health Regional Director on administrative and clinical procedures.
• Ensures compliance with funding and regulatory requirements (WAC/RCW) and agency policies.
• Leads quality improvement activities and staff training to meet standards.
• Engages with community partners to promote Sea Mar’s services.
