Job summary

YMCA of Greater Seattle is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to lead, oversee, and operationally manage assigned behavioral health programs and clinical teams. This role recruits, hires, trains, supervising Clinicians and MHCPs while fostering professional development and high clinical standards.

You will collaborate with department leadership, community partners, and schools to support goals and participant outcomes, ensuring documentation accuracy and program compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensure as an Associate or Independent Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist through the Washington State Department of Health.
• Two years work experience as a Mental Health Professional and Child Mental Health Specialist.
• Experience with emergent crisis intervention and working with youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and supervise clinical staff; provide development and leadership for staff.
• Provide technical assistance and case consultation to staff.
• Collaborate with department leaders to support assigned programs.
• Monitor program performance and analyze data/outcomes; manage participant feedback and grievances.
• Ensure compliance with WAC, contracts, and accreditation requirements.
