Job summary

Horizon House, Inc. seeks a Manager for the Delaware County ACT program to lead a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive treatment and support to adults with severe mental illness.

You will direct day‑to‑day clinical operations, ensure appropriate coverage, and maintain high standards of care and collaboration within the team. The role includes staff recruitment, training, scheduling, supervision, client assessments, and budget administration for the FACT program.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and experience providing treatment to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
• Supervisor and program management experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of the FACT model is required.
• Ability to respond to crisis situations and participate in on‑call activities.

Responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day clinical operations of the ACT program, scheduling staff to ensure coverage for day/evening/weekend/holiday shifts.
• Oversee comprehensive client assessments, treatment planning, and coordination of services.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising staff; implement program policies.
• Develop and administer the FACT program budget, including equipment, travel, and supplies.
