Job summary

Housing Works seeks a Program Coordinator to provide clinical leadership for the Lexington Avenue Short-Term Emergency Housing program. You will oversee compliance, supervise case management staff, and maintain high-quality, resident-centered services while supporting housing stability outcomes.

You will lead staff supervision, ensure 30-day timing for assessments/service plans, and coordinate reporting with funders. Strong clinical judgment and bilingual Spanish are valued for equitable service.

Qualifications

• Licensed LMSW or LMHC required; LCSW preferred.
• Background working with homelessness strongly preferred.
• Experience reviewing and providing feedback on case documentation and resident engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of programmatic and clinical operations for compliance and quality.
• Supervise Housing Case Managers and program staff with documented development.
• Ensure timely completion of resident assessments and service plans within 30 days and updates per funder requirements.
• Coordinate data collection, reporting, and unit turnover to maintain 95% occupancy.
• Lead staff supervision, training, and collaboration with funders during site visits and audits.
