Merakey seeks a mission-driven Program Director to lead a 16-bed Long-Term Structured Residence in Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia. You will provide clinical and staff leadership, supervise teams, and ensure quality, compliant care.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a clinical discipline with licensure/certification, and a minimum of 5 years in mental health. On-site, full-time with ongoing quality improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a clinical discipline with 2 years mental health experience.
• Program Director must be registered, licensed, or certified (LSW/LCSW/LPCC) where applicable.
• Minimum 5 years of mental health experience (paid or unpaid).
• Knowledge of PA 5320 regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead program operations to keep the 16-bed residence running smoothly.
• Provide clinical and staff leadership to ensure person-centered care.
• Supervise and train staff, including coaching and evaluations.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with state, payer, and organizational requirements.
