Merakey is seeking a Clinical Leader to join our team in Harrsiburg, PA, supporting Dauphin County. The starting salary is $75,000, with mileage reimbursement. The role directs program operations, staff development, and regulatory compliance, with potential for direct service.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a clinical discipline (including psychiatry, social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, or activity therapies).
• 3+ years of clinical experience working with adults with SPMI (Serious and persistent mental illness).
• 2+ years of administrative/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and ensure compliance with Merakey policies and regulatory standards.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop program staff, including performance management and professional development.
• Coordinate recruitment, hiring, scheduling, and staffing needs.
• Monitor program budgets, P&L, and financial performance.
• Support program evaluation, quality improvement, and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support community outreach and program marketing.
