Merakey is seeking a Program Director for the Wilkes-Barre, PA location to lead program operations in alignment with our core values. The role focuses on developing a collaborative environment, staff empowerment, and ongoing mentoring to ensure high performance and policy compliance.

You will oversee program P&L, daily operations, stakeholder relationships, and recruitment/onboarding, with a strong emphasis on behavioral health and development services.

Qualificações

• Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, or another health and human service-related field.
• Licensed in PA or license eligible as LMFT, LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LBS.
• Two years in a mental health setting.
• Two years working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• At least two years of program management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a collaborative work environment in support of Merakey's Core Values.
• Create a culture that fully engages employees and empowers others to improve.
• Provide ongoing guidance, mentoring, feedback, and motivation to staff.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, federal, and contract requirements.
• Oversee the program P&L and manage daily operations.
• Maintain productive relations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee recruitment and new hire onboarding processes.
