Job summary

Ottawa County Community Mental Health in Grand Haven, MI, is seeking an experienced clinical supervisor to oversee assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and direct services for adults with mental illness and co-occurring disorders.

The role supervises staff, participates in policy direction, manages program priorities, and supports contract development while ensuring quality and productivity within the team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must possess or obtain State of Michigan licensure or certification (LLP, LMSW, LPC, etc.).
• CAADC certification strongly preferred and driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff who conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for adults with mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
• Provide clinical supervision to staff and, as needed, deliver direct mental health services.
• Contribute to policy direction, goals, and outcomes and participate in agency committees.
• Monitor productivity and manage program expenses and contracts.
