Job summary

Momentum is seeking an Assistant Manager for the FSP Residential program in San Jose, CA. The role requires coordinating with the Program Manager, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with policies, funding requirements, and quality standards in a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• License eligible or current licensure from the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/PSY.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
• Registered with the BBS as at least ACSW, APCC or AMFT.

Responsibilities

• Participate and coordinate management with Program Manager to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care.
• Coordinate and monitor quality improvement activities and review service documentation.
• Partner with Manager in coordinating client care with staff, other providers, and families.
• Verify services are integrated to meet client needs and meet regulatory requirements.
• Assist in managing day-to-day operations and staff deployment; provide supervision and training.
