Job summary

Pinehurst Resort seeks a Clinical Practice Manager to oversee daily clinical operations, staffing, and financial performance across departments. The role ensures efficient patient flow, high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and strong patient experience while collaborating with physicians and administration to drive growth and service line development.

The Manager will supervise clinical leads, manage budgets, and coordinate with IT and HR to support operational excellence and staffing needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of healthcare management experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of insurance, coding (ICD-10), reimbursement, and precertification processes.
• Proficient in EMR and standard office software; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and staffing to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and accreditation standards.
• Lead revenue cycle oversight and charge capture processes.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership on growth and service line development.
