Job summary

Pinehurst-Surgical-Clinic-PA is seeking a Clinical Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, clinical support functions, and financial performance across clinical departments to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.

The role serves as a liaison between physicians, clinical staff, and administration to support growth, operational excellence, and service line development, with EMR oversight within the first 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical or healthcare management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of insurance requirements, including coding, ICD-10, reimbursement, third-party payers, and precertification processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency with healthcare technologies and systems, including EMRs, spreadsheets, word processing, and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic workflows supporting mission and patient care excellence.
• Analyze clinical workflows and patient flow trends to drive efficiency.
• Oversee EMR and ensure staff optimize system use within 90 days.
• Manage clinic operations for efficient, patient-centered care.
• Ensure OSHA/HIPAA/AAAHC compliance and regulatory standards.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with physicians for staffing and service line development.
• Oversee budgeting, revenue cycle, and financial performance.
• Drive growth initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead safety, infection control, and incident reporting programs.
