Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business or enrolled, data management preferred.
• 2-3 years progressive experience with data entry and telephone and personal contact; scheduling experience with complex data sets.
• Excellent organization, scheduling and record-keeping skills; strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule undergraduate nursing student clinical placements across 2 campuses.
• Arrange traditional, shadow, APRN and capstone experiences and ensure schools meet placement requirements; provide detailed communication and reports to appropriate parties.
• Collaborate with CPPE educators and Nurse leaders to facilitate the Nurse Visitor Program; organize and track school contracts with the legal department; manage contracts in Track Manager and monitor due dates and accuracy.
• Provide reports and communications to schools and the nursing department; maintain and report student/faculty/unit evaluations.
