Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Piercing Studio Nurse in the United States to deliver safe, clinical ear piercing with a celebratory customer experience. You will perform piercings with professional nursing skills, educate on aftercare, and ensure a clean, sterile environment while maintaining Rowan's high standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Eligible to obtain body art license/registration per state laws.
• Professional and engaging customer care approach.

• Excited to create celebratory experiences for customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, clean, joyful ear-piercing experiences with clinical care.
• Educate customers on aftercare and Rowan After Care.
• Maintain sterile environment at nurse station and tray.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager to keep operations smooth.
• Mentor/train new nurses to Rowan standards.
• Ensure safety and comfort and address customer concerns.
