Rowan is seeking a Studio Nurse to deliver safe, celebratory ear-piercing experiences. The role emphasizes clinical care, sanitation, and customer education, with opportunities to mentor others and maintain Rowan’s high standards.

You will be part of a friendly team in Rowan’s US studios, supporting revenue growth and exceptional guest experiences while following health guidelines and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license required.
• Eligible to obtain the state body art license or registration where applicable.
• Professional and engaging customer care approach.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, clean, and joyful ear-piercing experiences.
• Educate customers on aftercare and Rowan After Care products.
• Maintain sterile environment and adhere to piercing standards.
• Monitor customer experience and address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager to ensure smooth operations.
