Paycom - ATS in Wisconsin is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to administer treatment under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following the established plan of care and patient-centered goals.

You will document progress, communicate with the care team, assist in discharge planning, and provide education to patients and families while maintaining compliance with standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from a Physical Therapy Assistant program accredited by APTA.
• Must possess a current Arizona Physical Therapy Assistant license. BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Administers physical therapy treatment according to the plan of care established by the Physical Therapist.
• Implements individualized treatment plan with consideration to patient needs and safety.
• Documents communication with supervising Physical Therapist and progress notes within established timeframes.
• Participates in discharge planning and inter-disciplinary team education and collaboration.
