Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation seeks a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our growing team in Wisconsin. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will help implement individualized treatment plans and support patient progress.

Responsibilities include assisting with all phases of therapy, documenting patient responses, and communicating with therapists and facility staff to ensure quality care and functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
